Abstract:

Based on the Vernam cipher, the Diffie-Hellman protocol and the linear congruent generator, a dynamic link library was developed containing, respectively, functions for data encryption, secure key exchange and pseudorandom encryption key generation.The Delphi programming language was used to write all library functions.
