The article presents a Telegram-bot assistant for company employees. This service is designed to automate a number of tasks for call center employees. The main purpose of the application being created is to enable users of the bot to track the list of meetings and tasks, get information about the contact details of colleagues, create personal todo lists, and send requests to technical support.
